A CURVED STAIRLIFT.
FOR STAIRS WITH ONE OR MORE TURNS .

Curved stairlifts have tracks that are specifically designed to suit staircases that bend or turn corners. So, if you have a curved staircase or even a spiral staircase, a Handicare curved stairlift will be the perfect fit. All our curved tracks are made to order following a 3D photo survey of each individual staircase.

We plot a replica of your own stairs upon which to model your stairlift to create an exact fit, so when it arrives in your home, we can slot it straight into place.

WHICH STAIRLIFT?

Whether your stairs are narrow, have multiple landings, an unusual design or limited space at the top or bottom, we have the perfect solution. Our curved stairlifts can be custom-made to fit virtually any staircase shape.

DO I NEED TO REDECORATE?
The stairlift track is fitted to the stairs, not the wall, so it is you won’t need to redecorate following the installation of your stairlift. Like all our stairlifts, a curved stairlift has a battery backup which means it will continue to work in the event of a power cut, so you won’t get stranded up or downstairs.
SAFETY FEATURES
All Handicare stairlifts have safety sensors on the power pack and footplate, these are designed to stop the lift if it meets any obstruction. All our stairlifts have a diagnostic display so that you can monitor the status of your stairlift. Your stairlift will also come with a seat belt as standard for additional peace of mind.
SIMPLE OPERATION

To operate your Handicare stairlift, just press the large robust joystick in the direction you wish to travel and the stairlift will transport you smoothly and safely. All our stairlifts also come with two remote controls which can be used to call the stairlift between floors. This allows you to park the stairlift at the top or bottom of the stairs.

THE RIGHT STAIRLIFT

Following an on-site survey, we design the track to accommodate the staircase and any bends whilst maximising the clear space on the stairs. As our curved stairlifts are custom made, we can fit a stair lift onto the most challenging of staircase shapes. Our stairlift specialists will also discuss which features would be required now, and in the future, to ensure you get the best stairlift
