All questions and concerns answered, follow up calls excellent, home visit to review options excellent and the engineer was just the best. I have been passing on their details to everyone. As a family we have had to make adjustments and the support and advice the staff gave really helped.

Great Job. Stairlift delivered on time and installed in 3 hours by the craftsman PJ. He did a neat job and cleaned up the minor amount of dirt the job took to Ty done. PJ gave a good explanation of how to use the chair and my wife is now using it regularly to get up and downstairs. I can recommend them if you’re in need of a stairlift.

I would highly recommend the professional and personal manner of the Team I have had dealing with at Beechfield Stairlifts. Also the promptness with which they dealt with any queries or concerns regarding the operation of the stairlift.

I was very impressed with how professionally a company Beechfield Stairlifts is. Since I was visiting Dublin from the US, beforehand, I was able to setup a date and time for their sales representative to visit my aunt’s home for a stairlift evaluation and estimate. Kevin the sales rep arrived exactly on time, was very pleasant to deal with, gave some recommendations with an approximate price and sold me on the Model 4100 stairlift. A couple of days later I received the official quote which was in line with the earlier estimate given. I was then able to schedule an instalment date the following week. The installation took 2.5 hours and I was amazed at how tidy the staircase looked after the work was finished. My 92 old aunt was then given instructions on to operate the stairlift and is now totally delighted with it and has no problem going up and down the stairs a couple of times a day on it. I was impressed with the stairlift itself, how nice it looks and ease of operation. So I have no problem in recommending Beechfield Stairlifts and their products offered. They worked with me in meeting my schedule while in Dublin, and this was all done within three weeks of my initial phone. First class operation ! Thanks again Aisling, Kevin, and PJ.

The staff of Beechfield were very helpful and informative. I had to get a stairlift for my parents, which I didn’t know anything about. The lady was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly over the phone on our first enquiry. We live in Waterford so this saved us an initial trip to Laois. She spent a lot of time explaining everything and was very patient. We had been sent people to survey our home and also to install the stairlift. Tom did the survey to choose which stairlift is best etc and he really included both myself and my parents in the decision making. We had PJ come to install it and again he was extremely helpful and made my parents feel comfortable and confident with using the stairlift. Very professional service. Would recommend.
