Curved Stairlift Offaly. December 2018

We recently completed the installation of a curved stairlift in Clara, Co. Offaly. The project was quite straight forward as the staircase was mainly straight with a 90 degree turn at the bottom.

After searching online the clients found Beechfield Stairlifts and after discussing their requirements with our team, our local Offaly stairlift advisor Enda went to their house for a free no obligation assessment. Enda discussed the various options available and the clients decided upon the Handicare 2000 Style with a powered swivel seat, as that best suited their needs.

The Handicare 2000 is a great value system as it is not only slim, with the width at the widest point being only 45cm, but it also features safety sensors to ensure the stairlift automatically cuts out if it comes into contact with an obstruction and internal batteries, enabling the stairlift to continue to run for a limited number of trips in the event of a power cut. The remote control allows the seat to be sent upstairs and called down when required to ensure its discrete with minimal intrusion.

The stairlift was custom designed and fabricated with the installation taking less than a day. Our hassle free installation ensures that the stairlift is installed by our expert team and we clean up after ourselves. As you can see from the photos, the stairlift was tidy, discrete and blended perfectly with the staircase.
